100 Scenes of Suffolk continues with the seaside town of Aldeburgh. There is so much more to see here and I will probably add more at a later date when I get some more pics. Until then, hope you like what I've put up.

The River Deben

Here's my number 2 of my Suffolk blog. Maybe I will add more pics to this later as there's loads more nice sights along here....moving on.

Woodbridge, Old Felixstowe, Ramsholt and Waldringfield. These are just a few of the places along the banks of the River Deben. The source of the river is said to be Debenham, I guess there's a clue in the name.

There's some really nice pubs along the banks of the river. Notably the Ramsholt Arms and over the other side at Waldringfield, the Maybush. Go get a some grub and grab a beer.

Welcome to 100 Sights of Suffolk

Suffolk.  A diverse county in the East of England with a long history attached to it and definitely things to see.  I thought I would start a little photo-blog showing, in my mind, which are the most worthy sights of the county that I have been fortunate enough to have lived a large part of my life in. These shots maybe the "tourist" type shots, or perhaps something a bit different. If anyone thinks my choices are wrong then, as always, I am open to discussion. If you, as a reader, are either interested in the things I have posted here, or you think something should be included, please feel free to get in touch at sticklepix@gmail.com or leave a comment on this blog.
For starters, I thought I'd throw in a couple of a Martello Tower, (which there seem to be loads of along the Suffolk coast),  this one being in Aldeburgh. Striclty speaking its in Slaughden but there you go. Anyway, thanks for looking. Hope you like what you see..
